1. Who processes your data?

Dikgedrukt, based in IJsselstein (Utrecht) and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 73911739, is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Privacy questions can be sent by email or through the contact form.

2. What data do we receive?

When you use the contact form, we receive the information you provide: your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, the subject of your enquiry and your message. To limit spam, the form also temporarily processes technical information and a daily, non-reversible hash of the IP address.

3. How do we use that data?

We use your data solely to assess your enquiry, contact you, prepare for a potential project and prevent misuse of the form. Your data is not sold or used for unsolicited newsletters.

4. Retention period

Form submissions arrive in Dikgedrukt’s business mailbox. We keep them no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry, any subsequent collaboration and the statutory records that may result from it.

5. Sharing with others

Data may be processed by the hosting and email providers required to operate this website and mailbox. Appropriate data-processing agreements are in place where applicable. We otherwise share data only when required to carry out a project or comply with the law.

6. Functional storage

The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It only uses sessionStorage in your browser to remember whether the short intro animation has already played. When the form is submitted, the server may set a functional session cookie to temporarily limit repeated spam submissions.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask which personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing or withdraw your consent. To do so, contact us by email. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

8. Security and changes

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. This policy may be updated when the website or our working methods change. The current version is always available on this page.
